My path... 

Since the age of 17 I dreamed about living in the South of France and at 24 I finally moved to Marseille, France. By now and many moves later, I lived most of my adult life outside of my home country Germany. I LOVE experiencing different cultures, languages, and people; I am a lifelong learner and I am used to build bridges, but most importantly:

I interrupted my career multiple times to fulfil my heart desires, to learn and grow without knowing the outcome and each time I became more successful after that - and you can too! 

Was it easy? - NO.     

Was it worthwhile? - ABSOLUTELY.

• After an apprenticeship in Banking, I quit my banking job in Hamburg, Germany after 6 years and started attending Business School in the South of France to get a French-German Double Diploma in Business Economics and International Management – my dream became finally true!
• Once graduated from Business school and back in Germany (Bremen) for that, (with my non- German speaking Algerian husband, who I had married in the meantime in France), I relocated at first alone and started working in Luxembourg in the Investment Management Industry.
• 5 years later I interrupted my career, resigned my stable and lucrative job and tenancy agreement, put all my belonging into a storehouse and went on a 1 year sabbatical, realizing my dream to travel, living in Spain and to learn Spanish – I was turning misery in my private life - a very painful divorce - into something positive.
• Back from Spain - I wanted to live again in a French environment, moved to Geneva, Switzerland and started a new career with the world biggest Information provider.
• 3 years later, after negotiation I was liberated from duty for 10 months in order to study for a MBA in International Management in France (the first person ever they had granted this in the department!) – And me lasting for an MBA for at least 5 years! This also brought me to China and Antai College, Shanghai Jiao Tong University for an exchange. 
• Back in the company I was promoted shortly after into a Senior Role. This was great at first but quickly turned sour as I was demanded to compromize my values.
• Next to my job I was finishing my MBA degree, met my new partner and now husband, learnt Executive Coaching, Applied Psychology, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic-Programming), Milton Erickson Hypnosis, Psychometric assessments, Language and Behaviour Profile and more. 
• In 2011 I resigned from my corporate job, leaving again behind the security of a very well paid job in order to become myself happier through concentrating on what I really love: Helping individuals becoming their best versions, creating their own path, finding their calling as well as helping them remembering and realizing their dreams! 
• It did not exactly go as I had anticipated… Of course not!  What did I think? But then, finally:
• I created my own Coaching, Training and Consulting Business, and continued my own learning journey. I studied with some of the best in their fields. In 2014 I became one of only 300 Certified High Performance Coaches worldwide and got personally trained by the founder of High Performance Institute in the US. I learnt from : Brian Tracy, Brendon Burchard, Dr Wayne Dyer, Louise Hay, Deepak Chopra, Jeff Walker, Bo Eason, Roger Love, Shelle Rose Charvet and many more. I am regularly travelling to the US - at least once per year - more often twice, to keep my knowledge up to date and to continuously being able to serve my clients in the best possible way. I spent time at Chopra Center, Carlsbad, CA and at Findhorn Foundation in Scottland, UK. 
• In 2016 I graduated with a second Master's degree: A Master in Applied Coaching from the University of Derby in the UK. 
• I remarried in 2008. Again different cultural background and religion, but also a significant age difference. Over the last 7 years I  helped my husband to build his own - now very successful landscaping business. It went from zero to multiple 6 figures per year. 
• What else? I am trilingual in English, French and German, with a pretty fluent level in Spanish - and I am looking younger than I am… I LOVE travelling and had the opportunity to visit over 30 countries; born and raised in Germany, I lived in France, Luxembourg, Spain and for the last 15 years and ongoing in French speaking Switzerland. I constantly strive for excellence, am very grateful for being alive, and conscious what a privilege it is to have an European passport. 
• Before starting my own business I worked over 18 years mainly internationally in the Financial Services Industry for well-known companies in varied jobs and at different levels of responsibility, mainly in Anglo-Saxon business cultures and in matrix organizational structures.
