High Performance Coaching :   1 on 1 

The High Performance Coaching I provide, is a science based, proven and heart centered process, created to explore all the ways to reach heightened and sustained levels of performance and potential in your personal and professional life.

As your Certified High Performance Coach I will work with you through the 5 pillars of High Performance: Clarity, Energy, Courage, Productivity and Influence. 

Mastering these key areas will make you feel more purposeful, fulfilled and alive. You will explore new beliefs, habits and tools that help you join the world's most successful people. 

High Performance Coaching one-on-one is the quickest and most efficient way to reach your next level of heightened and sustained performance. 

Based on High Performance Institute's research, the world's leading think tank and training center on the subject of human high performance, around 700 coaches have been certified in this process worldwide since its inception in 2013. I was first personally trained and certified by its CEO Brendon Burchard in the USA in 2014 and every year since.

THE CORE Program Structure - 1 on 1 Coaching

Focus Points :  

  • We look at where you are currently in a few key areas, what you are focused on, what level of agency or control you feel right now in your life, and what habits you have that are already supporting or pulling away from your highest level of performance.
  • Our goal in this session is to understand where you have strengths and gaps in the amount of clarity you have in your life right now. What are you working towards and how are you going to get there. Who you are showing up as in your life and what life principles and practices can keep you progressing and performing at your best every day.
  • Our intention in this session is to understand how much energy you have each day and how to amplify it to higher levels so that you have the vibrancy and stamina needed to achieve your goals and live a fully charged life.
  • Our goal this session is to discuss where you feel you’ve been confident and courageous in life, and where you might be holding back or backing down in some situations.
  • In this session our goal is to see how productive and effective you feel in life and work, and to give you a set of tools and concepts to help you quickly and easily improve in those areas.

  • Our goal in this session is to gauge how influential you’ve felt in your relationships and career, and to give you a few tools and concepts that will raise your level of action and influence. 

  • At this point we are half way through our initial round of coaching. Our goal is to start going deeper into the six pillars of High Performance: Your psychology, physiology, productivity, persuasive skill, presence and purpose.

    In this session we start with understanding your mindset and how it contributes to your success.

  • Our goal this session is to check in on your energy and physiology work from session 3, and to give you a few more tools in activating your physiology in a way that makes you feel stronger and more vibrant.

  • In this session we check in how productive you’ve been over the previous weeks so we can identify ways helping you to become even more effective towards your goals.

  • Our goal in this is to gauge how persuasive and influential you’ve felt in your relationships and career, and to give you some tools that will raise your level of effectiveness in these areas.
  • At this point you should have been moving towards your goals. We will look how effectively you have been in reaching them so far and how well you have been living and leading purposefully.

  • This is the final session of our coaching journey with the CORE sessions. We will check in on your performance and define the best areas for commitment and discipline moving forward. It’s your daily commitment to your performance and potential that results in heightened and sustained levels of performance.


High Performance Coaching : THE CHARGE Sessions (Level 2)

The Charge : Activating the 10 Human Drives that make you feel alive.  

The Charge sessions are for my clients who wish to continue their High Performance Coaching Journey and feel that they are mastering the five pillars of High Performance from Level 1 Coaching well enough to dive even deeper into High Performance.

In this round of Coaching we aim to heighten your passion and performance for a fully charged life. As your High Performance Coach I will introduce you to the 10 Human Drives Framework and we will work on activating them for you. These drives are your desires for more control, competence, congruence, caring, connection, change, challenge, creative expression, contribution and consciousness.

These drives shape everything you think, feel and do in life, so understanding and mastering them is critical to your success and happiness.   


High Performance Coaching : THE DECLARATION Sessions (Level 3)

The Declarations of Personal Power. 

The Declaration sessions are for my clients who wish to continue their High Performance Coaching Journey and are mastering the five pillars of High Performance from Level 1 Coaching as well as the 10 Human Drives Framework from Level 2 Coaching. 

In this third round of Coaching we aim to claim your personal power through a number of different declarations. As your High Performance Coach I will introduce you to the 12 Declarations and we will work on defining and activating them for you. These declarations are your desires for more personal freedom, to move beyond fear, for sustained motivation, presence and power, to reclaim your agenda, defiance, to advance with abandon, joy and gratitude, integrity, love, to inspire greatness and to slow time.

These declarations go by far beyond everything we have covered in level 1 and 2 coaching. They add a whole new level to your life and you'll feel ascending to unprecedented levels of existence.
