Working with individuals and organizations, I adapt and customize my coaching programs to your needs. Its duration and intensity depends on your objectives and desired outcomes and how quickly you wish to move forward.

My EXECUTIVE COACHING programs consist of 5 PHASES:
1. CONTRACTING: We meet (or skype, zoom, phone) for the first time to find out if we are a good fit working together. We’ll contract on coaching expectations, process, relationship, coaching objectives and modalities.
2. ASSESSMENT: Depending on what was contracted I gather all data required, facilitate the relevant assessments and share the results with you.
3. DEVELOPMENT PLANNING: We identify 2-3 key areas of focus and create a customized action plan for development including criteria to measure outcome success.
4. COACHING PROCESS: We agree on the coaching contract, meet regularly and track progress on coaching objectives based on the agreed development plan. Depending on what is required a variety of tools and techniques are used.
5. COMPLETION and EVALUATION: At completion of the coaching agreement, we review the outcomes and accomplishments.
Extended DISC® is an assessment tool designed to help individuals, teams and organizations to become more successful by UNDERSTANDIG HOW PEOPLE ARE DIFFERENT; developing confident self-awareness; learning to IDENTIFY THE STYLES OF OTHERS and MODIFYING OUR BEHAVIOR based on the other person’s style.
The most successful people know who they are. They are aware of their strengths and of the areas they need to develop and modify their style fittingly with different styles of people and in different situations.
When starting an executive coaching mandate with a new client I am often starting out with an Extended DISC® assessment for personal analysis to enhance individual performance.
